1 General Provisions

89dd is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. The platform offers users casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment features.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the platform. 89dd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and any related bonuses will be cancelled. 2.3 Account Security

3 Financial Transactions and Payments

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 89dd is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Each deposit will be credited to your account after it is successfully processed.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal to be successful:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• There must be no active investigation on the account.

3.3 Transaction Currency

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency will be automatically converted to Taka and applicable conversion charges may apply.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 and a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This calculation applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• A member may receive a bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified period from the date it was received, it will expire.
• 89dd reserves the right to cancel or modify bonus offers in special circumstances.
• Bonuses and associated winnings may be cancelled if fraud or unusual betting patterns are suspected.

4.4 VIP Program

The 89dd VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy various benefits including weekly cashback. Weekly cashback increases up to a maximum of 1.2% as members progress from Bronze to Platinum.

5 Games and Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the 89dd platform operate according to fair play principles. Each outcome is determined independently and impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If you have a complaint about the outcome of any game, contact the support team.

5.2 Bet Limits

Each game and betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. 89dd reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

5.3 Cancelled or Void Bets

If any game or bet becomes void due to a technical error, server issue, or any other reason, 89dd reserves the right to cancel all bets for that round and return the staked funds. In such cases, no member may claim additional compensation.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Bonus abuse or use of multiple accounts.
• Collusion or unlawful agreements with other players.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

89dd reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal request or in any suspicious situation:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of mobile wallet account ownership.
• Proof of address (utility bill or similar).

If KYC verification is not completed, withdrawals may be delayed or placed on hold. Refusal to provide information or submission of false documents will result in account closure.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Account Closure by 89dd

89dd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If the user is identified as a minor.

7.2 Account Closure by the Member
